Then you can take the “Arc-en-Ciel” funicular that will take you from Bourg St Maurice to Arc 1600, in the heart of the Paradiski ski domain. Every year, in February, you can take part in “La Vaugelette”. This snowshoeing race takes place facing les Arcs, on the sunny mountainside. “Le Vaugelette” offers 2 trails of 5 and 12km for beginner and amateur skiers. The competition starts at the village of La Thuile de Vulmix, 2km from the centre of Bourg St Maurice, off the pistes and in total nature. The race is open to all and enables you to spend a fun day.
